A day in the life of…
Everyone has a different motivation for going into business for themselves. Whether your driver is to be there for family milestones, have more time to spend doing the things you love or to support yourself financially, Hub Care Support could be your answer. Whatever your driver, we are committed to helping our franchisees find the balance that works for them.
A day in the life of a Hub franchisee could look like…
- Spend the morning at your leisure
- 9:00am: switch your phone lines on and respond to any enquiries which may have come through overnight
- 10:00am: service user phone calls to understand their care needs
- 11.00am: develop and publish promotional content for social media
- 12:00pm: meet with a prospective Personal Assistant
- 1:00pm: take a leisurely lunch
- 2:00pm: time allocated for networking – local group or relationship management with local hospices and charities etc.
- 4:00pm: service user phone calls to understand their care needs
- 5:00pm: wrapping up for the day
- 5:30pm: leave the office and enjoy your evening
Investment in your future
Most of the major high street banks have specialised franchise departments, so they are well-equipped to support you, should you need funding. With franchise failure rates at just 1% a year, many banks are more inclined to provide loans to a prospective franchisee rather than someone going it alone.
Franchise costs include a one-off franchise fee, working capital and a monthly franchise fee once you are up and running.
The Hub Care Support is franchise fee is £25k +VAT. You will also need a home-office set-up and initial working capital.
